The links provided below will give you a walkthrough of each of the indicated processes or parts of Flexar. The slides are annotated to improve understanding.

Employee Menu Options
This presentation identifies the operations provided to employees (flex work applicants). It provides a detailed description of each of the 5 wizard panels used to construct and record a flex work proposal. This describes the events, emails and proposal document that are the result of the completing the proposal process.

Manager Menu Options
This presents the operations provided to managers - people who may have employees submit flex work proposals for their consideration or "processing". It illustrates and describes the 4 wizard panels used in processing a Flex Work Proposal. It illustrates the emails created and how Flexar provides a collaborative method for proposal refinement and ultimate acceptance.

Administrator Menu Options
This presents the operations provided to Administrators - people who are responsible for supporting the users, recovering from mistakes and serving as surragate managers when needed. It identifies the operations used in configuring Flexar per the needs of the client - operations performed by Pipersoft/Flexar support people. It identifies and illustrates those operations used by client personnel in their role as Administrator.

Automated Emails
Certain events in the life cycle of a flex work arrangement trigger an email by the system. These emails are a primary means of keeping everyone involved with a flexible work arrangement informed near-realtime ("as it happens"). Emails of some events include a link that takes the user directly to the subject arrangement and the action appropriate for the recent change in Arrangement Status. This provides a high degree of automation and clarity of actions required.

Reports & Analyses
Describes and illustrates (providing examples) reports and analysis tools. Flexar captures every user inputand event to the client instance Flexar database. This was engineered with reporting and analysis in mind - providing information-rich reports and graphics enabling management to track each flex work participant (employees and managers). Statistics are provided to characterize various properties of the over-all program. This set of slides presents the graphical and summary data, intentionally leaving out all tabular reports due to privacy concerns.
